Since our 40th reunion in 2008, we have added 11 classmates to our "In Memory Of" list for a total of 43. A few of them passed before 2008, but weren't added until later. If you become aware of the passing of any classmates, please email one of the reunion committee members and let us know. This is a current list as of September 9, 2013. Those added since the last reunion are in bold letters. If you know the year of their passing, feel free to post. Terry D has created a board with those listed below, along with any obituaries we have located. It will be on display at the 45TH reunion. If there is a * in front of their name, we have an obituary. I spoke to a classmate last night who said " wow...I just looked at the list of classmates who have passed away...and I'm shocked ! " .....
Kids....that is why you need to make a special effort to not only attend this reunion....but also encourage others to attend too. We on the committee can't reach everyone...we need everyone to help. Don't wait until the 50th ! If you need to choose one or the other....come now. Some of us may not be here for the 50th.
The really sad part about seeing the list of departed classmates, for me, is the fact I was in a class or classes with several of them, even sitting beside or near a few of them, Sherry Dillon & Kent Weeks, come to mind.
It doesn't seem like ANY of us should be GONE already, and yet, some ARE ....
Live each day as if it were your last, because one day it will be.
